Will you do the job?
- Do you want to work for this company long-term, or is this just a stepping stone?
- Do your future goals and plans align with ours?
- Are you motivated or seem lazy?
Will you fit in?
- Do you work well with others?
- How do you respond to supervision and criticism?
- Do you have the skills to balance where their team is currently weak?
- Will your personality and character match well with other team members?
Like the interviewer, you too want questions answered to make sure it is a good opportunity for you. Below are some topics to think about while you are coming up with your own questions.
- What will my typical workday to look like?
- What do I want to do with this position? Is this the path I want to go?
- What kind of work schedule or work setting do I want?
- Will I relocate for a position?
- What is my ideal boss?
