Contract and Contract-to-Hire IT Jobs
In a contract role, you work on assignment with one of our clients, either on-site or in a remote consulting capacity. Most contracts run 3–12+ months, with competitive pay and benefits through iMPact Business Group (eligible after 90 days). Many contract opportunities can convert into permanent positions with the client, or lead to additional projects after completion.

These positions focus on producing Software, of all sorts — application software, web-related systems, database-focused software, mobile / tablet-based applications, many of which are primarily utilized by Business Users or Consumers. For these positions we are routinely seeking Developers at all levels of experience with the following skills: .Net (C#), Java, HTML/CSS, React Node, AngularJS, PHP, Ruby on Rails, WordPress, Open-Source Web Application development tools, Azure, AWS, Data Warehouse,  BI Development tools, SQL Database Development tools, ERP Software Development tools including SAP Hana, Epicor, MS Dynamics, and others.
We routinely seek Database Administration backgrounds including Production Support DBAs and Software Development DBAs. These roles work with current Database and Data Warehouse systems including — MS SQL Server, Oracle, Informix, DB2, MySQL and noSQL data sources. These roles support the Database Environment or actively participate in the creation of new Database systems. Nearly all of them require strong understanding of SQL, Patching, Security, User Administration, Replication, Recovery, Fail-over, and related concepts.
Similar to a Developer role, these positions are focused on the programming of Embedded Systems, PLC Control Software, and related applications. These positions may also involve working with Embedded Operating Systems. Software tools typically sought after here include C / C++, proprietary hardware control languages, ladder logic programming, and related technologies.
We are seeking IT Support candidates both for entry-level, as well as positions that may require 3+ years of experience. Â Positions include: Help Desk Support Specialists & Technicians, Desktop Support, Server Support, and Client/Network support. If you have Certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+ or advanced Desktop/Server certifications and/or experience with supporting VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL Server, MS Office / Office 365, Active Directory, etc. we would like to talk with you about your background.
The most common Analyst roles we are seeking candidates for include: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, EDI Analyst, Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, and IT Systems Analyst. These roles often involve the gathering and documenting of Business / Workflow / Data Flow / Technology System requirements for upcoming projects. Analyst roles may also be involved in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Functional Testing, and certain aspects of Project facilitation.
We are frequently seeking candidates for various infrastructure engineering roles such as – Cisco Network Engineers, Virtualization Engineers (VMware, Hyper-V), Cloud System Engineers (Azure, AWS, Google), Linux (RedHat) Systems Engineers, and related roles.
We are routinely seeking Candidates who know how to Manage Project initiatives. The roles here involve formal Project Management Techniques, PMP or related Certification, Agile Scrum practices, Scrum Master roles, Project Coordination, Project Budgeting, and Project Status reporting. These roles guide, facilitate, and manage Technology Projects that can involve System Implementations, System Migrations, Digital Transformations, Facility Moves, Software Development initiatives, System Integration efforts, Infrastructure Deployment/Refreshes, and related complex systems work. These roles require strong experience and understanding of: Requirements Gathering, Project Scope Definition, Project Resource Allocation, Project Timeline Management, Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation, Project Communication, Cross Functional Team coordination/facilitation, and System Deployment concepts.
