Engineering, Manufacturing & Operations

We connect talented professionals with companies that need them. Whether you're a manufacturing engineer in Michigan, a supply chain analyst in Florida, or looking for your next role anywhere across the country, we can help.

iMPact Business Group specializes in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations staffing. With offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Tampa, Florida, we work with employers across automotive, aerospace, medical devices, industrial automation, and consumer products. We handle everything from direct-hire placements to contract assignments, matching skilled professionals with opportunities that actually fit their experience and goals.

How It Works

Direct-Hire Positions

You're hired directly by the employer. They handle your salary and benefits. We guide you through the interview process and help you land the role. Simple as that.

Contract & Contract-to-Hire

Work on assignment for one of our clients (on-site or remote). Most contracts run 3-12 months, though many go longer. You're employed by us during the contract, with benefits kicking in after 90 days. Some contracts transition to permanent positions.
