- Step in and own the full life cycle recruitment and selection process.
- Research, recommend, develop, and execute sourcing strategies and recruit top talent to fill client needs.
- Build an overall candidate pipeline to support immediate and future openings.
- Build trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers and internal partners.
- Meet with internal teams to review status of candidate pipeline, applicant status, and ensure alignment.
- Review job descriptions for clarity and accuracy to attract qualified candidates in the market.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the entire hiring and pre-boarding process.
- High energy with the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, high growth organization.

Payroll, Onboarding, Administration, Marketing/Sales
As a qualified HR Assistant you will cross functionally support Operations, Human Resources, Marketing and Sales.Â
Seeking a motivated dynamic personality that has the ability and desire to prioritize and execute tasks, manage multiple and competing priorities, and meet deadlines with limited direction at times.

Qualifications & Duties
- Demonstrated organization, strong attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Has a continuous improvement mindset, able to identify root causes and suggest improvements to improve how we get work done.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint of most importance).
- Experience with employee onboarding (background, drug, logistics, orientation, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships with professionals at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong project and time management skills and sense of ‘ownership’ for project assignments and regional responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
- Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
- Desire to learn and expand knowledge base.
- One (1) year of administrative experience required.
- Experience in human resources or payroll preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Excel, Word)
- CRM experience preferred
- QuickBooks Payroll is ideal
- Meet with existing and prospective clients to learn more about their business, culture and recruiting efforts.
- Close new business and achieve profitable sales growth objectives
- Partner with the recruiting talent acquisition team throughout the placement life cycleÂ
- Develop and maintain a high technical competency of our staffing solutions
- Collaborate across all levels of the organization to provide client solutions.
- 1 – 4 years of outside sales experience in recruiting OR 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter but, you are looking to move into Account Management
- Bachelor’s Degree required

- Recruit IT, Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing & Engineering consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with the BEST opportunities.
- Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates based on client needs.
- BS/BA OR 2-3 years of Professional or Service Industry experience
- Interest in a performance-based environment including outbound calling.
- Enthusiasm to network and communicate with others.
- Drive, spirit, motivation but also compassion and understanding.
- Previous sales/recruiting experience (Internships included)
- Experience working in a performance-driven environment.
