In 2004, partners Matt Peal and Mike Trewhella founded iMPact Business Group after nearly a decade of working together at a national firm. - 2005: Company becomes cash positive and opens its first physical location.
- 2007: Company expands physical location footprint. Tampa, FL office is opened to meet customer demands.
- 2010: Company expands physical location footprint. Charlotte, NC office is opened to meet customer demands.
- 2012: Company expands Corporate HQ in Grand Rapids to meet growth and customer demands.
- 2015: Eclipse the 2,500 mark of “Positions Filled” since our inception.
- 2019: Founding Partner Mike Trewhella retires as iMPact expands into 21 different states.
- 2020: Company expands Corporate Headquarters for the 3rd time as well as expands Florida to meet internal growth needs and customer demands.
- 2022: Today, we process and employ over 560 W2 Employees annually.
